By accessing and using Rasoi-Tap services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

Rasoi-Tap provides a QR code-based food ordering and Point of Sale (POS) system designed for restaurants. Our services include:

• QR code ordering system for customers
• Real-time order tracking and management
• Kitchen order ticket (KOT) generation
• Invoice and payment processing
• Sales analytics and reporting
• Menu and customer management tools

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must register an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscription and Payment

Our services are provided on a subscription basis with the following plans:

• Monthly Plan: ₹300 per month
• Yearly Plan: ₹3,500 per year

All plans include a 7-day free trial period. Payment is due in advance and subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You will not:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Upload or transmit any malicious code or harmful content

6. Data Security and Privacy

We take data security seriously and implement appropriate measures to protect your information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data collection and usage.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Rasoi-Tap are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rasoi-Tap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, but these terms will remain in effect regarding past use.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
